Step Ahead Counseling Services EAP continues the work of the late Jackie Michaels, who died in May 2007 after serving the community through Northwest Resources EAP. Following Jackie's death, her coworkers and friends realized the importance of maintaining the quality service that NWREAP and Jackie offered. So Step Ahead Counseling Services EAP was born.
